Our Preventative Maintenance Program includes:

Air System:

1. Clean / Replace Air Cleaner Element
2. Check Complete Air System for Deficiencies
3. Clean / Change Oil in Bath Filter
4. Check Turbocharger Shaft End Play
5. Check / Tighten Turbocharger Mounting Bolts

Lubricating System:

6. Change Engine Oil & Oil Filter
7. Change Hydraulic Governor Oil
8. Clean / Replace Crank case Breather
9. Check Complete Engine for Oil leaks
10. Check PVC Valve

Cooling System:

11. Inspect / Replace All Belts & Hoses
12. Check / Fill coolant level
13. Test Specific Gravity of Anti-Freeze
14. Change Corrosion resistor element
15. Check Complete System for Coolant leaks
16. Check Block Heater & Thermostat
17. Lube Fan Hub

Fuel System:

18. Inspect day tank & fuel inside tank
19. Check / Replace Fuel Filter(s)
20. Check Operation of Governor
21. Clean Fuel Pump Screen
22. Check Fuel Lines for leaks

Electrical System:

23. Check / Clean & tighten all electrical connections
24. Check electrolyte level of batteries
25. Check operation of all sending units
26. Inspect / Replace points, condenser & plus
27. Inspect ignition system
28. Check / Set Timing (Full PM Only)
29. Check Operation of battery charger; replace blown fuses

Other Systems and Checks:

30. Check oil, start, warm-up, oil pressure
31. Check Amps & Volts per leg
32. Check frequency
33. Adjust frequency & voltage as required
34. Check Exhaust system for leaks
35. Check timing sequence on cranking cycles
36. Check operation of transfer switch
37. Check engine / Generator controls settings
38. Start engine from test position
39. Start engine from automatic position
40. Check all alarm systems
41. Inspect / Replace pilot lights
